From start to finish, Driveway Safe Dumpster Rental was exceptional. Their website was incredibly easy to use, pricing was excellent with no hidden fees, and communication was stellar. Troy clearly cares deeply about customer service. I ordered a dumpster last minute for a deep clean-out, and it was delivered the same day, exactly at the scheduled time. I received text updates to confirm the order, notify me when it was out for delivery, and again when they were on the way to pick it up. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have been improved. There is absolutely no reason to shop around — this company is the way to go. Highly, highly recommend!

Driveway safe Dumpster rental was very simple and efficient to work with. Instructions were clear and stated several times. Ordered the dumpster for 7 days it showed up the next morning on time. I had it filled and it was collected the next day with zero hassle. Troy was very effective and quick with his responses. My experience was such that I would use Driveway safe again.

Great experience! They were super responsive and delivered exactly when they said they would. The dumpster was carefully placed on blocks to protect my driveway. I was shown how to open and prop the door open and the rules were all explained. I loaded the dumpster over the weekend and they came back and picked it up early upon my request. No issues at all. Great communication, professional, did exactly what they said and it was a nicely maintained dumpster so it didn’t even look bad sitting in the driveway. I would definitely use them again!

Fast and curious company. Their web sight was easy to use and I quickly ordered up a 15yd dumpster. Was contacted quickly and professionally with a contract that clearly defined what was included in the price with no hidden fees. Bold red text that let you know what would be extra if you did add it so you knew what not to put in there. Then an actual person, Troy, contacted me and let me know he would send a text before he would head over to drop off the dumpster. Dumpster showed up exactly when he said it would and placed it safely exactly where I wanted it. After I filled it and let them know I was done early, Troy let me know when he would be able to get pick it up. And showed up exactly when he said he would. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this company for all your dumpster needs!!

Troy was amazing we needed a garbage bin as soon as possible and was on a strict time frame to get everything all thrown out. He came the same day and dropped it off. It was even on a Sunday when he did this. We were told we had 7 days to use it but we ended up filling it up in 2 days and needed another one the same day. So we called Troy again and he came out the same day again and picked it up and dropped off a new one the same day. We will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Troy was fantastic at getting us our dumpster. We decided last minute to do some deep cleaning and ordered the unit the night before they dropped it off by noon the next day. Communication was great and great service all around.

Troy was so amazing to work with. The set up of the dumpster was so easy too. Then to top it iff Troy’s communication was exactly what customer service is missing these days. Attention to detail. He dropped the dumpster off when he said he would and did the same thing the very next day in picking it up. I have filled dumpsters up in the past and let the company know only to have it sit there for 3-4 days. With driveway Safe, from delivery to pick up was less than 24 hours. What a lifesaver! Rented a 15yd dumpster for a move out and filled it up. Saved me a number of trips to the landfill. Troy was professional and very communicative. He kept me posted throughout the rental and was Johnny on the spot. Would definitely recommend.
