Troy was so amazing to work with. The set up of the dumpster was so easy too. Then to top it iff Troy’s communication was exactly what customer service is missing these days. Attention to detail. He dropped the dumpster off when he said he would and did the same thing the very next day in picking it up. I have filled dumpsters up in the past and let the company know only to have it sit there for 3-4 days. With driveway Safe, from delivery to pick up was less than 24 hours. Great communication goes a long way and these guys did just that. They gave me a timeframe for delivery as well as pick-up. They also provided written details on what is included in the price as well as what would be considered additional or prohibited. What a lifesaver! Rented a 15yd dumpster for a move out and filled it up. Saved me a number of trips to the landfill. Troy was professional and very communicative. He kept me posted throughout the rental and was Johnny on the spot. Would definitely recommend.

Troy was great getting the dumpster here when he said he would. The dumpster was in excellent condition and looked brain new. And when I was done he came and picked it up promptly. Everything was great.

They were very easy to schedule for drop off and pickup. The dumpster was clean and carefully placed on the driveway with blocks to keep from making marks or any damage. Service was excellent.

Very easy to work with

I was able to get my dumpster the same day and Troy the guy who dropped it off was super nice! He even gave us an extra day since it was dropped off later in the day. Highly recommend if you want something actually affordable but still nice with good people!

What an easy breezy experience! The transparency and ease of their website is what hooked me in. I was able to view cost, available dates, and the basics of what I could/couldn’t dump without speaking to anyone (we all know we love that!). You are able to reserve your dumpster online, then you are sent an invoice to pay to confirm the appointment. The agreement you sign, they make it even easier by highlighting the more important details in red. Most communication was done through text (love) and was thorough. I knew exactly what the plan was and what was happening. A few days into my rental my fur baby got sick and passed away. We weren’t able to stick to our deep clean schedule and needed a few more days for our project. It was a quick and easy experience to purchase more rental days just by sending a few texts. Troy was nice, personable, and respectful. Awesome communication throughout the whole experience and felt taken care of. Great service and company!!
