What an easy breezy experience! The transparency and ease of their website is what hooked me in. I was able to view cost, available dates, and the basics of what I could/couldn’t dump without speaking to anyone (we all know we love that!). You are able to reserve your dumpster online, then you are sent an invoice to pay to confirm the appointment. The agreement you sign, they make it even easier by highlighting the more important details in red. Most communication was done through text (love) and was thorough. I knew exactly what the plan was and what was happening.
A few days into my rental my fur baby got sick and passed away. We weren’t able to stick to our deep clean schedule and needed a few more days for our project. It was a quick and easy experience to purchase more rental days just by sending a few texts.
Troy was nice, personable, and respectful. Awesome communication throughout the whole experience and felt taken care of. Great service and company!!
